Age Restriction — 21+ Only

Our products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. The Site is not directed to and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it.

Age Verification

We use AgeChecker.net, a third-party age verification service, to confirm that every customer is at least 21 before an order can be placed. To complete verification, you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, and address, and in some cases additional identification. This information is submitted directly to AgeChecker.net, which compares it against public and commercial records to confirm your age and identity.

AgeChecker.net processes this data as an independent service provider under its own privacy practices. You can review their policy at https://agechecker.net/privacy. We receive only the pass/fail result and a verification reference; we do not store a copy of your ID or the underlying public-records data.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

Account & order information: name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and account password.
Payment information: processed through WooCommerce and our integrated payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; payment data is handled directly by the processor.
Age verification data: name, date of birth, address, and (if required) identification details submitted to AgeChecker.net as described above.
Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, email, or customer support.
Marketing preferences: email sign-ups and any preferences you set.
